Terms of Use
What you agree to when you use Wayaka: how accounts work, how the membership is billed, and what you may and may not do with what you watch.
Last updated August 6, 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Wayaka covering your use of this website and everything you can reach from it. By creating an account or watching anything here, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and the account holder is responsible for everything done under their account.
2. Your account
Accounts are created by signing in with Google. That is the only way to sign in, and Wayaka never sees or stores a password for you: Google authenticates you and tells us your email address, your name and your profile picture.
Keep control of the email account you sign in with. Anyone who can sign in to it can sign in here.
3. Membership and payment
There is one plan, Ultimate Combo, at $25 per month. It is billed as a recurring PayPal subscription that renews automatically until it is cancelled.
Payment is handled entirely by PayPal. Wayaka does not receive, hold or store your card details at any point. We record only the identifier PayPal gives the subscription and the dates attached to it.
You cancel from your PayPal account, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund payments already taken.
Prices can change. If the price changes, it applies from your next renewal after we tell you.
4. How you may use the service
Your membership is personal and for private, non-commercial viewing. Playback is limited to one stream at a time: you may sign in on any device, but a second device cannot start playing while the first is still watching.
- Do not share your account or your sign-in with anyone outside your household.
- Do not copy, record, re-stream, or publicly show anything you play here.
- Do not attempt to bypass, remove, or interfere with the protection on any stream.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape, overload, or probe the service.
5. Content and availability
Wayaka brings together titles from the streaming services it supports. What is available depends on those services and on the region a title is offered in, so the catalogue changes without notice and a title you watched once may stop being available.
All titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing here transfers any ownership of them to you.
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, an upstream outage, or a provider change can make part of it unavailable.
6. Ending your membership
You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where we are required to by law. Where it is practical to warn you first, we will.
7. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wayaka is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change that materially affects you will be announced before it takes effect.
